We are excited to have the Scholar-Athlete Awards Ceremony. below is very important information about the event and the venue:
Date: March 26, 2023
Location: Syracuse University JMA Wireless Dome
Attire: Semi Formal - (Slacks, Sports Coat, Blazer, Shirt, Tie, Dress, Pant Suit)
Parking: The Irving Avenue Garage and Ray Lot (on east Raynor Ave), both located on the west side of the Dome, will be available for free parking.
Entrance Gates: Guests can enter at Stadium Control (preferred), Gate A or Gate C. Gates will open at 1pm.
Handicap Access:
Guests requiring accessible parking can drive up to the attendant booth on Forestry Drive and Irving Avenue for assistance.
COVID Protocols: At this time masks and proof of vaccination are not required. We have placed extra seating for anyone who feels a need to distance.
Food: The event will provide food at stations with "Bistro Tables" for guests use. Food will be available at 1:00pm.
Event Time: The event will begin at 2:00 pm and should conclude by 4:30 pm.
Photography: Our photographer will post pictures that can be downloaded free of charge after the event - we encourage you to bring your photography equipment and cell phones as well.
Tickets: $50 per person available through March 22nd
